Design Engineer

1. Design, implement, and monitor efficient manufacturing processes.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
3. Analyze production data to enhance productivity and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
5. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
6. Provide technical support and training to production staff.
7. Research and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and methodologies to enhance operations.

1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in sheet metal manufacturing.
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office.
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
