Job Description

Responsible for customer development and relationship management, product introduction, quotation and price negotiation, order follow-up, shipment coordination, accounts receivable tracking, and after-sales service. Coordinate with internal production, procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

Experience in business development, customer relationship management, or the manufacturing industry is preferred. Able to handle customer development, quotations, price negotiation, order follow-up, and after-sales service. Proficiency in Chinese, English, or Vietnamese is preferred.
